Comprised of ethnographic vignettes, histories and first-hand accounts, Problematizing Heat presents work from an ongoing research project that highlights the dangerous impact of rising heat on un-housed populations in Berlin. City homelessness projects offer support with essential needs such as water and shelter from the sun, but there are broader questions to ask about the pervasive problem of urban heat generated by climate change in the Anthropocene.
