The first episode of a cookery show that “unmakes” German Black Forest cake in order to make Polish Pierogi by artist Suzanne Treister—who has a “delusional alter ego”: Rosalind Brodsky (1970-2058). Thanks to her Electronic Time Traveling Costumes, Brodsky travels through time and hosts a cookery show that serves trans-temporal dishes based on the deconstruction of culturally specific foods.
